We’ll Contact You: Our team will reach out by text message or email to discuss available appointment times that work for your schedule and ours. 3. Secure Your Appointment: To reserve your $49 screening, payment is required over the phone at the time you confirm your appointment. Payment must be made to lock in your spot and receive the special rate. 4. Why Payment Is Required: Advance payment helps guarantee your appointment, ensures availability, and helps us serve all patients promptly. Note: Your appointment is not confirmed until payment is completed over the phone with our staff.
